At Accenture we strive to provide our employees with a supportive environment that ensures their success and provides for ongoing professional development and progression. For example, every employee is assigned a career counselor to help guide them along their career path, and our robust training and development curriculums, mentoring and leadership training programs offer employees the experience, learning and coaching to help them develop professionally and grow their expertise. Another great thing about working at Accenture is the diversity of our workforce. Employees work alongside talented colleagues with different backgrounds to bring together their diverse skills and experiences to help our clients achieve high performance.
Q: What is the office culture like at Accenture?
I'm very interested in starting a career with Accenture (ideally at the Denver office). I was wondering how I could best apply given my situation - I'm a current college senior but will spend next year in rural Indonesia on a Fulbright grant. With the Fulbright grant placing restrictions on international travel it would be hard for me to interview anywhere besides the Jakarta office. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
