When Shrinking the Margins Just Ain't Enough

After how many years of experience is a two-page resume OK?

Answer

Well, the answer is subjective, and if you ask 10 recruiters you could get 10 different answers.  Some recruiters (me included) believe you should never submit a two-page resume.  Some recruiters are more forgiving, particularly when it comes to experienced hires.  Got 10 years of experience or more under your belt? Well, then moving to a two-page may be justified.  A three-pager, on the other hand, is never justified.
