As their title hints at, Quicken Loans provides loans — quick. Through their website, QuickenLoans.com, the company provides leading online loan service. It offers mortgages in all 50 states nationwide and provides home financing options like fixed- and adjustable-rate mortgages, home equity loans, reverse mortgages, and refinancing loans. Quicken also allows consumers to compare various home loan options as well as receive pre-approval for and track the status of their online loan applications. Affiliate Title Source offers title insurance, property valuations, and closing services. An investment group led by founder Dan Gilbert owns Rock Holdings, which in turn owns Quicken Loans.

Gilbert is also majority owner of the National Basketball Association's Cleveland Cavaliers, who play their home games in Quicken Loans Arena.  Quicken still keeps a close association with its original owner, Inuit, maker of software Quicken TurboTax and Quicken.
